New Home Construction: How long does a custom home build take on Long Island?+
Every build is different. After we review your lot, plans and scope, we'll provide a realistic schedule as part of your proposal.
Home Remodeling: Will I be able to live in my home during the remodel?+
For most kitchen, bath, basement and single-room projects, yes. For whole-home gut renovations we'll discuss phasing or short-term relocation up front.
