Daily site protection, weekly progress meetings, and a project portal you can check from your phone.

4. Final Walk-Through

Punch-list completion, deep clean, and written warranty paperwork.

Will I be able to live in my home during the remodel?+

For most kitchen, bath, basement and single-room projects, yes. For whole-home gut renovations we'll discuss phasing or short-term relocation up front.

Do you pull the permits?+

Yes. ORA Construction handles permitting with the Town of Oyster Bay, Huntington, Hempstead, and other Long Island municipalities as required.

How do you protect my home during construction?+

Zip-wall dust containment, ram-board floor protection, daily clean-up, and HEPA filtration on the active work zone.
