New Home Construction done right, the first time
Building a new home on Long Island is one of the largest investments a family will make. ORA Construction guides homeowners through every milestone — land evaluation, architectural design coordination, permitting with the Town of Oyster Bay and surrounding municipalities, structural framing, mechanical rough-ins, finish carpentry, and the certificate of occupancy. Our 25+ year track record building in Nassau and Suffolk County means tighter schedules, fewer change orders, and a finished home built to last decades.

Our process
1. Discovery & Feasibility
We walk your lot, review survey and zoning constraints, and align on budget, timeline, and lifestyle priorities before a single line is drawn.
2. Design & Pre-Construction
We coordinate with your architect (or recommend one of our partners), produce a fixed-price scope, and pull permits with the appropriate Long Island municipality.
3. Build
Dedicated project manager, weekly site updates, and a single point of contact. Trades are sequenced to keep your build on schedule through every Long Island season.
4. Close-out & Warranty
Punch-list walk-through, certificate of occupancy, full digital project archive, and a written workmanship warranty.
Custom single-family and multi-generational homes is one of the most common reasons Long Island homeowners call us — and the area where shortcuts cost the most over a decade.— ORA Construction project lead
