Long Island Patio & Deck Builder

Patio & Deck Builder

Outdoor living spaces — composite decks, paver patios, outdoor kitchens and pergolas.

Overview

Patio & Deck Builder done right, the first time

Long Island summers are short and worth maximizing. ORA Construction designs and builds decks (Trex, TimberTech and Azek composite plus pressure-treated and exotic hardwoods), paver patios, outdoor kitchens, pergolas and louvered roofs — permitted, inspected and built to handle nor'easter wind loads.

What's included

  • Composite, PVC and hardwood decking
  • Multi-level decks with hidden fasteners
  • Outdoor kitchens with gas, water and drainage
  • Aluminum and adjustable louvered roof systems
  • Cable, glass and aluminum railing systems

Our process

1. Site Visit & Design

We measure existing grade and produce a 3D rendering with material and railing options.

2. Permit & Footings

Town permits, helical or concrete piers below frost line.

3. Build

Framing, decking, railing, stairs, lighting and final inspection.

Composite, PVC and hardwood decking is one of the most common reasons Long Island homeowners call us — and the area where shortcuts cost the most over a decade.— ORA Construction project lead

What Long Island homeowners say

Had the sidewalk and pathway removed, and replaced. Very pleased with the result, looks great, nice having a new sidewalk. Will probably have more work done by Ora. Anthony was very helpful.

Sidewalk & pathway replacement · Syosset, NY

Recently, Anthony and his crew removed and re-surfaced our driveway. He completed the job as scheduled. We were very satisfied with the results and would whole heartedly recommend him for your home improvement needs.

Driveway removal & resurfacing · Manhattan, NY

Anthony built our new home and we couldn't recommend him more highly. His attention to detail is unreal — every room and every finish is exactly where it should be. His eye for design elevated our plans in ways we didn't know to ask for, and the choices he nudged us toward are now the things we love most about the house. On top of that, his deep roots in the community showed up everywhere: top-tier subs whom we loved working with, fast answers from local officials, and the right person for every question we had. A true craftsman and a genuinely good guy to work with.
